Your owner will make the appointment online using the booking system on this site or directly by phone or messaging.   Your time slot is just for yourself, so you are completely 'center of attention' with our experienced and caring groomer.  Once you are looking amazing and smelling beautiful, your owner will be contacted by text message to pick you up.

If your owner hasn't been brushing you regularly, your fur may become tight and matted. Your owner will discuss this with your groomer and they will decide how to make you more comfortable with the least amount of stress to you.

Yes,  your coat grows continuously, so regularly grooming is needed (just like your human who goes to the hairdresser).  If you like a longer coat and don't need a clip, you would be advised to have a 'Wash & Brush Up' in-between clips, to maintain your coat to avoid matting and to look its best.

Grooming is more complicated than you think! To try to simplify, I start with a base price as a quote for an individual breed, that then increases based on a number of factors: 

SIZES: There’s always a variation, especially in oodles. Some Cavoodles are the size of a toy poodle, others are getting into Spoodle size territory! A larger dog requires more product, drying time, and grooming time, therefore a higher price is charged. 

TEMPERAMENTS: Not all you doggies like being groomed.  Difficult dogs do require a lot more time and skill to groom. 

COAT CONDITION:  A matted dog will be in pain. I will never put the dollar before the dog and so a heavily matted coat will never be brushed out, only shaved to an achievable length.  Clipping and scissoring through matts requires skill and takes a toll on groomers’ tools, therefore a charge will be incurred.

Unfortunately, I don’t accept Malamutes, Husky’s, Samoyeds, Akitas or Mastiffs.

When booking your slot, please book “two mixed” or “three mixed”.  Depending on how many dogs you have.
